Our remodeling projects were extensive and totally custom. Our anxiety and fears were many. When we entered into the Fantastic Floors showroom and met with Mazz we immediately felt those feelings subside. Customer service like Fantastic Floors gives plus attention to customer needs is beyond words. We pushed ahead with our projects with complete confidence that Mazz and his crew would give us what we were looking for. We overall had a very good experience working with Fantastic Floors. We had a bump in the road here and there but I can say that our representative Dyaa took care of any issue that came up. We are very happy with how our kitchen and bathroom remodel turned out. Everyone we dealt with at Fantastic Floors was very professional and did everything they could to keep us updated on our project. My husband and I are very happy with our new floors.  It’s been a few months now since we had Fantastic Floors replace carpet & tile in our house with luxury vinyl plank (LVP).  We went with LVP because of the low maintenance compared to other flooring options.  And, we enjoyed the look and feel of LVP.

Customer service – Mazz & Ashley played a great part in helping us decide on our new floors.  It took us a couple months to decide, and they remained patient with us to ensure we were happy with our decision.  They weren’t pushy, which I appreciated because I don’t want to feel rushed into something that I would have to live with everyday.  I felt comfortable working with them.

Pricing – I thought the pricing was fair.  Mazz was mindful of our budget.  He went through the cost of the project with us before we signed a contract.

Again, we’ve been living with our new floors for a few months now and we’re enjoying it.  We’ve received many compliments.  The only “con” I could think of would be from the white risers we got for our stairs.  They were left dirty after the work was completed.  Black smudges & I think, pencil marks on our white risers do not look nice.  I didn’t catch it until just after the final walk through.

If you’re looking for flooring, there are a ton of options out there. I know because I think I looked at them all! From my experience, here are some reasons to choose Fantastic Floors.

1. You want a great price. As I searched through several shops in Cedar Park, Georgetown, and north Austin, trying to find the perfect vinyl plank flooring, I found Fantastic Floors to have very competitive pricing on all the flooring I was interested in.
2. You want someone to take their time with you. Ashley and Mazz were amazing to work with because they gave me tons of options. I went in with a specific look in mind, and I hadn’t found it ANYWHERE else. Seriously, warm, light colored vinyl shouldn’t be such a unicorn. Ashley happily helped me search the store several times over a period of 2 months, pulled out options for me, talked with me about my vision for the space on multiple occasions, let me take samples from the store to view at my house, and never seemed bothered when I came back saying, “This all was too gray in my house lighting, let’s start over.” This lady put in the work!
3. You want someone who is honest. I had a LOT of questions. Usually Ashley had the answers, but when she didn’t, she went and did the research and got back to me. That meant a ton to me! Several other places I shopped at would give me pat answers to my VERY specific questions, and I just had that feeling you get when someone is glossing over your questions for the sake of the sale. Ashley never did that! If she felt like a floor wasn’t a good fit for me, she would tell me and tell me why.
4. You want someone to work within your budget and not upsell you. Once I finally picked a floor, Ashley and Mazz were great about giving me  options to bring down the price. My husband is very handy and at first we were going to install the floors ourselves. This team gave us a great price on just the materials. After our purchase of the floors and before our scheduled pickup, we changed our minds about doing it ourself and asked for an installation quote. Ashley provided me a quick quote, and within 3 days of agreeing to the installation price, we had the installer at our door with our materials ready to install. Considering we had 1400 sq ft to install, this was really impressive. Not only did they have a fast turnaround time and were flexible with the changes, but Ashley was genuinely happy for me, knowing how the installation was going to be such a blessing in the midst of our current situation. There wasn’t an ounce of self-serving in her attitude. Knowing that my husband is handy, she gave us options of still doing certain elements ourselves and removed them from the installation price; specifically the quarter-round trim and the toilet installation in the guest bath.

Overall, I’m really happy with my experience and so EXTREMELY in love with my floors. They ended up being exactly what I envisioned for my home, so all the time and effort was worth it!

We had a wonderful experience with Fantastic Floors. We were replacing about 1500 square-feet of flooring in our house with a wood-look tile. Ashley spent plenty of time exploring samples with us and helping us pick the perfect color and kept us under budget! We also found a beautiful patterned tile for our patio. If there was such a thing as white glove service for redoing floors, then Mazz is it. Kevin and Ashley were great to deal with and we never felt pressured throughout the process. They were unbelievably responsive, helpful and patient throughout the job. We got a better product and better customer service at a competitive price. Their contractors were professional, showed up as expected and did a great job.

My wife and I went to Fantastic Floors after getting quotes from 4 other flooring companies. When we walked in on a Saturday afternoon Kevin greeted us. He and the owner took their time and went out of their way to help us identify the right flooring product to meet our needs. We were very nervous about getting just the right color and selecting a product that was durable and would look great. They brought the samples we were most interested in over and set up a miniature recreation of our home’s color scheme to help us pick the right product. They were very polite and respectful and there was never any pressure put on us. Kevin came out the next week to measure our home. He showed up on time, and was prompt and polite.

When we received the estimate it was fair. The price fell right in the middle of the five quotes we received. We delayed our decision for about a month and then eventually decided to go with Fantastic Floors because they were adamant about their great installation team and they promised that they would make sure that we would be happy with the final outcome of the project.

The installation team came out and Kevin was right…they were great. They were fast and thorough. They did quality work, going the extra mile to get the job done right. They cleaned the job site as much as they could when they left each night in order to minimize the disruption on my family. When they installed the flooring they were careful and thoughtful, mixing and matching the pieces to ensure that the floor did not have a repeating pattern. My lone complaint with them was the baseboards. I paid extra to have new baseboards installed because my wife and I do not like the shoe molding that is put down if you don’t do new baseboards. The baseboard work left a little to be desired. It was not bad, but also not great. I would give the installation team an A+ for the flooring installation, an A+ for their contentiousness and they way they respected my home, and a B for the baseboards.

Once the installation team left I had one outstanding issue with the job. I called Kevin and after each of us made our case about who was responsible, Kevin and the owner worked with us to find a solution. The final work is being completed as I write this. All in all we spent over $10K on our project. It was expensive, but the floors are beautiful. I’d rate the outcome of the project a 9/10 and the overall experience 8/10. I went with 5 stars out of respect to Fantastic Floors for their professionalism and their effort to work with us. We would consider them again in the future.

He is very patient, allows you to take as many samples as you want and then works with you on the pricing and installation dates. The installation team is very good too. Ashley I have to say was a guardian angel for me and went above and beyond to help me find a way to get my existing carpet installed quickly after I had a pipe leak needing carpet with pad torn out of my master bedroom to dry. I had been turned away by every store including the one I bought the carpet from 1.5 years prior. no handy man wanted the small job and I was in tears about to try and install my carpet myself. David her installer also went above and beyond to rush out after he heard my dilemma. Within an hour of calling me he was at my house and the carpet done in 1 hour on his spare time. At first, we went to Fantastic Floors to just buy the materials for installing 700 sq ft of wood flooring. Their prices were surprising low. After getting those prices squared away, I inquired about the price to get everything installed. Mazz said it could get installed in 2 days, possibly 1. We decided to save my back (and time) from the agony of installation and are very happy we went that route! He was right, the floors were installed in 1 day, with an hour on day 2 to do some t-molding.

The sales associate, Ashley was a delight to work with, she was eager to send home samples, update quotes, and schedule install that worked for my schedule. This company treated me like a part of their family, helped me select a flooring product that worked for my budget and family lifestyle. If I knew they did tile work for kitchen/bathroom, etc, I would have come to them for my kitchen remodel-they have a really amazing selection of tile, things you dont see at the big box stores.

Fantastic Floors is appropriately named: our hardwood and ceramic floors are . . . well, fantastic. That’s just what you hope for, but beyond that, everyone we dealt with at FF was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Mazz and Ashley in the showroom apparently know everything there is to know about flooring. Mazz was helpful from a design perspective, helping us to see what colors and layouts would work best, and also worked with us on scheduling of the work and our payments.
