I was looking for a small area of wood flooring that was discontinued and could not find any where in the United States. Happily, when I contacted the Fantastic Floor, they were able to find the material and immediately sent my order to the manufacture on the same day, the product was shipped directly to my house. I was very impressed by the sales person, Jobe, who was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. He took care of my order immediately and corresponded with me on every step on the status of the order.
