Extremely happy with the flooring and service we received from Fantastic Floors.
Kevin and Ashley were great to deal with and we never felt pressured throughout the process. They were unbelievably responsive, helpful and patient throughout the job. Very knowledgeable and professional. I had many questions along the way and Kevin was always available. We considered going with a big box store, but so glad we didn’t. We got a better product and better customer service at a competitive price. Their contractors were professional, showed up as expected and did a great job.

I tend to expect a lot from local shops and vendors and am frequently disappointed with the level of customer service received, this was NOT the case with Kevin and Fantastic Floors. Have recommended them to friends and family and will absolutely consider them in the future.
