My husband and I are very happy with our new floors.  It’s been a few months now since we had Fantastic Floors replace carpet & tile in our house with luxury vinyl plank (LVP).  We went with LVP because of the low maintenance compared to other flooring options.  And, we enjoyed the look and feel of LVP.

Customer service – Mazz & Ashley played a great part in helping us decide on our new floors.  It took us a couple months to decide, and they remained patient with us to ensure we were happy with our decision.  They weren’t pushy, which I appreciated because I don’t want to feel rushed into something that I would have to live with everyday.  I felt comfortable working with them.

Pricing – I thought the pricing was fair.  Mazz was mindful of our budget.  He went through the cost of the project with us before we signed a contract.

Again, we’ve been living with our new floors for a few months now and we’re enjoying it.  We’ve received many compliments.  The only “con” I could think of would be from the white risers we got for our stairs.  They were left dirty after the work was completed.  Black smudges & I think, pencil marks on our white risers do not look nice.  I didn’t catch it until just after the final walk through.
