Our remodeling projects were extensive and totally custom. Our anxiety and fears were many. When we entered into the Fantastic Floors showroom and met with Mazz we immediately felt those feelings subside. Customer service like Fantastic Floors gives plus attention to customer needs is beyond words. We pushed ahead with our projects with complete confidence that Mazz and his crew would give us what we were looking for. From start to finish the Fantastic Floors crew have been everything we had hoped and prayed for. They’ve become like family. We give them a 5 star rating because that’s all this will allow but as far as we’re concerned they deserve a 20 star rating.
